Level of Skill: Easy

Things you will need:

1. Crochet Thread

2. Crochet Hook

3. Yarn Needle

4. Rings

5. Scissors

 *Note:  For this tutorial I used crochet thread and a size 2.0 hook. Change yarns and hook size to get the desired look of your flower.  I purchased size 14” plastic rings from local craft store.  (Use any desired rings to achieve flower size desired).

Abbreviations and Stitches Used:

Ch- Chain(s)

Sl- Slip Stitch

*- Repeat

Sk- Skip

St-Stitch (s)

Stitches:

Dc-Double Crochet

Sc-Single Crochet

Round 1: Work 33 sc in ring. (add/ subtract from number of sc in order to hide ring).  Sl into beginning sc.

Round 2: Ch-4. Sk-2 st,. Sl in next st.  *(Ch-4 . sk-2 st, sl in next st)* Repeat until end. (you should end up with 11 petals). Cut/tie off loose ends.
